Medical masks gives you better protection than the cloth masks, but FFP2 masks gives You better protection than the medical masks. Medical masks are tested on 3 microns and FFP2 masks on 0,3 microns. So <94% of PFE Pacticle Protection Efficiency for FFP2 masks (EN 149 norm) is better protection than <99% of BFE Bacterial Protection Efficiency for medical masks (EN 14683 norm)

COMMISION PRODUCTION OF MASKS - FROM OWNed or ENTRUSTED MATERIALS
We accept orders for the production of hygienic, surgical masks and FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 respirators. Production capacity: 70 million masks per month (from owned and entrusted raw materials, also OEM versions with the customer's logo). Packaging can be customized upon agreement.
As the only company on the European market we are a manufacturer of machines for ultrasonic welding of medical masks and half masks, as well as a manufacturer of raw materials of Melt Blown non-woven fabric, rubber bands and wires used for production of masks.
We have our own factory based laboratory which allows us to ensure the highest quality of our masks. Our non-wovens Melt Blown have Bacterial Filtration Efficiency BFE of 99.41% confirmed by tests of made in independent German accredited laboratory.
We test each batch of Melt Blown non-woven fabric produced for bacterial and particle filtration as well as its air resistance.

HIGH PROTECTION of Medilaabs ffp2 maSks
Our FFP2 masks are in accordance with european norm EN 149. According to this norm the masks are tested on Particle Filtration Efficiency for particles of 0,3 microns (medical masks are tested for 3 microns, according to EN 14683 norm)
